Kelsey serves as the Vice President of Operations for BAD DEVL. Kelsey champions BAD DEVL's pre-development efforts, such as securing entitlements, overseeing the consultants engaged for each project, and serves as project manager for each development. Additionally, she manages the accounting, reporting, and day-to-day operations of the firm.
Before helping create BAD DEVL, Kelsey was a Property Manager for Retail Planning Corporation in Atlanta where she oversaw a 1.3 million-square-foot portfolio of primarily grocery-anchored shopping centers. During that time, she developed annual budgets, created monthly variance reports, oversaw capital improvement projects, maintained positive tenant relations, and managed the day-to-day operations for each property.
Kelsey served on Leander's 2020 Comprehensive Plan Committee and currently serves on the Williamson County TIRZ Board.
BAD DEVL was formed by three partners to focus on the acquisition, entitlement, development, and management of commercial and residential real estate located in the Austin and Central Texas area. With over 35 years of combined experience in various aspects of real estate and construction, the team is well-positioned to capitalize on the increasing demand of this thriving market.
