+ comprised of 126 primarily 50'x120' lots. We secured all entitlements, starting from amending the land-use, + constructed site improvements that were completed and accepted by the City in November 2020. KB Home purchased the entire subdivision, with a final close in May of 2021.
The PUD zoning for the Townhouses at Blockhouse Creek, located off of Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Leander, TX, was approved in April 2019 and is now zoned Single-Family Townhouse (SFT-2-A). The PUD includes approximately 140 townhouse units that are a departure from the ordinary; a new product type and look, inspired by historic Charleston peppered with a Texas farmhouse flare. The site will include amenities and a connection to Leander's new Lakewood Park.
Timber Ridge is slated to be a single-family subdivision, located in Marble Falls, TX + is conceptually comprised of 104 lots ranging from 50'-80' in size. The current zoning for majority of acreage (30.53 acres) is zoned ENZ3, and a small portion (4.16 acres) is zoned ENZ2. We are currently working on securing necessary entitlements and designing for the horizontal improvements. Upon completion of the horizontal improvements, the subdivision will be purchased by a homebuilder.
Bertram is 41.567 acres and slated to be a single-family subdivision, conceptually comprised of 57 half-acre lots. The property is not currently annexed, therefore we are working on securing all necessary entitlements and designing the horizontal improvements in order to position the property for development.
